Inside Out Architecture added a roof extension & terrace to this historic tea warehouse within the Bermondsey Street Conservation Area. The interior was extensively remodelled to adapt the property from an open plan studio, into a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment.

The addition of a rooftop extension opened the property out to previously hidden panoramic views towards the Tower of London. Contemporary Cedar cladding was used as a contrast to the more traditional Lead clad dormer. Existing internal brickwork & timber structures were restored and offset against a simple & elegant modern interior.
