Chris Parker

 

Chris started his career as a Draughtsman for Balfour Beatty, working on both the Channel Tunnel & Channel Tunnel Rail Link.  After returning to full time education, he graduated from the University of Westminster in 1996 before moving to Kuala Lumpur to work on a broad range of schemes encompassing residential developments, schools, hotels & retail projects.

 

Upon his return to the UK, Chris joined Devereux Architects and worked on a variety of healthcare projects before moving on to Carte Blanche, where he was involved in the design of numerous flagship retail developments and ultimately moved to TTSP, where he concentrated mainly on large commercial fit-outs for both end user & developer clients.

 

In 2001 he co-founded Inside Out Architecture, a small client-oriented practice primarily focussed on residential schemes. Some 300 projects later, Inside Out now undertake projects across a variety of sectors that draw on Chris’s 25 years of experience within the construction industry. Chris currently heads up the commercial team that works primarily within the airport environment and in particular for our largest client, No.1 Traveller.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Bianca Valido Leach

 

A native of Gran Canaria, Bianca moved to the UK to study Architecture at the University of Kingston and London Metropolitan University.

 

After graduating, Bianca moved to New York to work with Skidmore, Owings and Merrill.   During her time there, she was involved in a number of urban design projects including Hong Kong Airport and the Brooklyn Academy of Music, gaining valuable experience in large-scale construction projects.

 

After returning to London, Bianca joined Mador & Partners in Islington where she worked for 6 years as an Associate on projects ranging in type and scale from residential refurbishments to sport and leisure complexes.

 

In 2009, Bianca joined the Inside Out team and led the progession of both commercial and residential projects.   As a project architect, she exhibited a keen eye for materials and an ability to create interesting environments through pragmatic and affordable means.   Bianca became a company director in 2013.   She currently oversees the residential projects in the practice, ranging from developer-led new housing developments to smaller and more personalised domestic schemes.
