The refurbishment of this large dwelling involved knocking four rooms into one to produce a contemporary open plan living space. Whilst the exterior finish is informed be the Victorian vernacular of the surrounding conservation area, the interior is crisp, incorporating joinery from Milan and a 3 x 5m electronic glass roof over an existing side extension.
